Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 12

s 12 Grant of or refusal to grant approval to establish or maintain

Upon receiving and having considered the application for approval to establish or maintain a private healthcare facility or service other than a private medical clinic or a private dental clinic the Director Generalβ€” (a) may grant such approval with or without any terms or conditions; or (b) may refuse the application with or without assigning any reason for such refusal.
