Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 13

s 13 Separate approval to establish or maintain private healthcare facilities or services which are not physically, administratively or organizationally linked

(1) Separate approval to establish or maintain shall be applied for private healthcare facilities or services other than a private medical clinic or a private dental clinic which are not physically, administratively or organizationally linked. (2) Approval to establish or maintain a private healthcare facility or service other than a private medical clinic or a private dental clinic shall specify the type of private healthcare facility or service for which it is granted and the purpose for which the approval may be maintained.
