Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 14

s 14 Application for a licence to operate or provide to be made within three years

(1) An application for a licence to operate or provide a private healthcare facility or service other than a private medical clinic or private dental clinic shall be made within three years from the date of the issuance of the approval to establish or maintain in respect of such facility or service. (2) If a licence to operate or provide a private healthcare facility or service is not applied for within the time specified in subsection (1), the approval to establish or maintain granted under paragraph 12(a) shall be deemed to have been revoked unless an extension of that time is granted by the Director General.
