Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 26

s 26 Refusal to process application for registration

The Director General may refuse to proceed with an application for registration, and may require that the application be appropriately amended or completed and resubmitted or that a fresh application be submitted in its place if— (a) the application form as prescribed is not duly completed by reason of any omission or misdescription; (b) the application form contains an error or alteration; or (c) the application does not comply with any other prescribed requirement.
