Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 27

s 27 Grant of certificate of registration

Upon receiving and having considered the application, the Director General may register the private medical clinic or private dental clinic with or without such terms or conditions as he may deem necessary and issue a certificate of registration upon payment of the prescribed fee.
