Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act 1998 s 37

s 37 Incident reporting

(1) Notwithstanding any other report required by any other written law, a private healthcare facility or service shall report to the Director General, or any person authorized by him in that behalf, such unforeseeable and unanticipated incidents as may be prescribed. (2) This section shall apply to any unforeseeable or unanticipated incident that occurs on or after the date of commencement of this Act.
