s 11 The Corporation to repay to Government sums paid under guarantee

If any sum is paid out of the funds of the Government under a guarantee issued under this Part, the Corporation shall repay that sum to the Government in such manner and at such time or by such instalments as the Minister may direct.

Perbadanan hendaklah membayar balik kepada Kerajaan jumlah wang yang dibayar di bawah jaminan

Jika apa-apa jumlah wang dibayar daripada wang Kerajaan di bawah suatu jaminan yang dikeluarkan di bawah Bahagian ini, Perbadanan hendaklah membayar balik jumlah wang itu kepada Kerajaan mengikut apa-apa cara dan pada bila-bila masa atau dengan apa-apa ansuran sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh Menteri.
