s 12 Terms and conditions which may be agreed to or approved
Without prejudice to section 11, the terms and conditions which may be agreed to by the Government may include, in respect of any guarantee given or agreement concluded under this Part or under any bond, debenture, promissory note or other instrument issued pursuant to any such guarantee or agreement, provision for submission by the Corporation or the Government or both of them to the jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the above-mentioned facility is provided.

Terma dan syarat yang boleh dipersetujui atau diluluskan
Tanpa menjejaskan seksyen 11, terma dan syarat yang boleh dipersetujui oleh Kerajaan boleh termasuk, berkenaan dengan apa-apa jaminan yang diberikan atau perjanjian yang dibuat di bawah Bahagian ini atau di bawah mana-mana bon, debentur, nota janji hutang atau surat cara lain yang dikeluarkan menurut mana-mana jaminan atau perjanjian sedemikian, peruntukan bagi pematuhan oleh Perbadanan atau Kerajaan atau kedua-duanya kepada bidang kuasa mahkamah negara di mana kemudahan kredit yang disebut di atas itu diberikan.
