s 142 Failure to comply with lawful order
Any person who fails to comply with any written order issued by the Controller or any officer authorized in writing by the Controller commits an offence under this Act.

Mana-mana orang yang gagal untuk mematuhi apa-apa perintah bertulis yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengawal atau mana-mana pegawai yang diberi kuasa secara bertulis oleh Pengawal melakukan kesalahan di bawah Akta ini.
