Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 53
Where services are supplied to a consumer, there shall be implied a guarantee that the services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and that any material supplied in connection with such services will be fit for the purpose for which it is supplied.
Gerenti tersirat mengenai ketelitian dan kemahiran munasabah
Jika perkhidmatan dibekalkan kepada pengguna, maka hendaklah tersirat suatu gerenti bahawa perkhidmatan itu akan dijalankan dengan ketelitian dan kemahiran yang munasabah dan apaapa bahan yang dibekalkan berkaitan dengan perkhidmatan itu adalah bersesuaian bagi maksud perkhidmatan itu dibekalkan.
