Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 82

s 82 Council may invite others to meetings

(1) The Council may invite any person to attend a meeting or deliberation of the Council for the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion but that person shall not be entitled to vote at the meeting or deliberation. (2) A person invited under subsection (1) shall be paid such fee as the Council may determine.

Majlis boleh mengundang orang lain menghadiri mesyuarat

(1) Majlis boleh mengundang orang lain untuk menghadiri mesyuarat atau penimbangtelitian Majlis bagi maksud menasihatinya tentang apa-apa perkara yang dibincangkan tetapi orang itu tidaklah berhak untuk mengundi pada mesyuarat atau penimbangtelitian itu. (2) Seseorang yang diundang di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dibayar apa-apa fi sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Majlis.
