Consumer Protection Act 1999 s 83

s 83 Validity of acts and proceedings

No act done or proceeding taken under this Act shall be questioned on the ground of— (a) a vacancy in the membership of, or a defect in the constitution of, the Council; or (b) an omission, a defect or an irregularity not affecting the merit of the case.

Kesahan tindakan dan prosiding

Tiada tindakan yang dilakukan atau prosiding yang diambil di bawah Akta ini boleh dipersoalkan atas alasan— (a) sesuatu kekosongan dalam keanggotaan, atau kecacatan dalam penubuhan, Majlis; atau (b) sesuatu peninggalan, kecacatan atau ketidakteraturan yang tidak menyentuh merit sesuatu kes.
