s 14 Limitation of actions
(1) An action to enforce the rights of a right holder in a protected layout design under this Part shall not be brought for an infringement of those rights or any of those rights after the expiration of six years from the date on which the infringement occurred.
(2) An action for an account of profits in respect of an infringement of the rights of a right holder in a protected layout-design under this Part shall not be brought after the expiration of six years from the date on which the infringement occurred.

(1) Sesuatu tindakan untuk menguatkuasakan hak seseorang pemegang hak mengenai reka bentuk susun atur terlindung di bawah Bahagian ini tidak boleh dibawa bagi pelanggaran hak itu atau mana-mana hak itu selepas habis tempoh enam tahun dari tarikh pelanggaran itu berlaku.
(2) Sesuatu tindakan untuk mendapatkan penyata mengenai keuntungan berkenaan dengan pelanggaran hak seseorang pemegang hak mengenai reka bentuk susün atur terlindung di bawah Bahagian ini tidak boleh dibawa selepas habis tempoh enam tahun dari tarikh pelanggaran itu berlaku.
