In any action to enforce the rights of a right holder under this Part, it shall be presumed, unless a defendant puts the matter in issue, that in respect of the layout-design that is the subject-matter of the action— (a) the layout-design is a protected layout-design; and (b) the plaintiff is the right holder of the protected layoutdesign.
Dalam mana-mana tindakan untuk menguatkuasakan hak seseorang pemegang hak di bawah Bahagian ini, hendaklah dianggap, melainkan jika defendan menjadikan perkara itu suatu persoalan, bahawa berkenaan dengan reka bentuk susun atur yang menjadi hal perkara tindakan itu- (a) reka bentuk susun atur itu adalah suatu reka bentuk susun atur terlindung; dan (b) plaintif adalah pemegang hak reka bentuk susun atur terlindung itu.
