Notwithstanding any written law to the contrary, the High Court shall have jurisdiction with respect to all actions and applications under this Act and the power to issue any direction or make any order or award in relation to any such action or application.
Bidang kuasa Mahkamah Tinggi
Walau apa pun mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berlawanan, Mahkamah Tinggi hendaklah mempunyai bidang kuasa berkenaan dengan segala tindakan dan permohonan di bawah Akta ini dan kuasa untuk mengeluarkan apa-apa arahan atau membuat apa-ape peinonan se demi kanrhubung dengan mana-mana tindakan Peraturan-peraturan
