s 32 Regulations

The Minister may make regulations for all or any of the following purposes: (a) prescribing the form in which notices are to be given under this Act and requiring a person giving such notice, either at the time of giving the notice or at such other time as may be prescribed, or at both times, to furnish evidence and to comply with such other conditions, if any, as may be prescribed; (b) prescribing the fees and charges payable under this Act and the manner for collecting and disbursing such fees and charges; (c) providing for such other matters as are contemplated by, or necessary for giving full effect to, the provisions of this Act and for their due administration.

Menteri boleh membuat peraturan-peraturan bagi semua atau mana-mana maksud yang berikut: (a) menetapkan borang yang dengannya notis hendaklah diberikan di bawah Akta ini dan menghendaki seseorang yang memberikan notis itu, sama ada pada masa memberikan notis itu atau pada bila-bila masa lain yang dıtetapkan, atau pada kedua-dua masa itu, supaya mengemukakan keterangan dan mematuhi apa-apa syarat lain, jika ada, yang ditetapkan; (b) menetapkan fi dan caj yang kena dibayar di bawah Akta ini dan cara untuk memungut dan membelanjakan fi dan caj itu; (c) mengadakan peruntukan bagi apa-apa perkara lain yang depenękaka, plerh, atan Akta perlu bn bå gi peksamikan wajarnya.
