s 1 Short title and commencement
(1) This Act may be cited as the Statutory Bodies (Discipline And Surcharge) Act 2000. (2) This Act shall come into operation on a date to be appointed by the Prime Minister by notification in the Gazette.

Tajuk ringkas dan permulaan kuat kuasa
(1) Akta ini bolehlah dinamakan Akta Badan-Badan Berkanun (Tatatertib Dan Surcaj) 2000. (2) Akta ini hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa pada tarikh yang ditetapkan oleh Perdana Menteri melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta.
