Statutory Bodies (Discipline and Surcharge) Act 2000 s 2
(1) This Act shall apply to all statutory bodies except the statutory bodies listed in the First Schedule. (2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), the statutory bodies listed in the First Schedule shall ensure that disciplinary provisions applicable to their officers conform as closely as their incorporating law and organizational and remuneration systems permit to the provisions in the Regulations.
Pemakaian
(1) Akta ini hendaklah terpakai bagi semua badan berkanun kecuali badan berkanun yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual Pertama. (2) Walau apa pun subseksyen (1), badan berkanun yang disenaraikan dalam Jadual Pertama hendaklah memastikan bahawa peruntukan-peruntukan tatatertib yang terpakai bagi pegawai-pegawainya menepati peruntukan-peruntukan dalam Peraturan-Peraturan ini seberapa boleh yang dibenarkan oleh undang-undang pemerbadanannya dan sistem pengurusan dan saraannya.
