Optical Discs Act 2000 s 22
s 22 Controller may issue code of conduct
(1) The Controller may issue a code of conduct dealing with the conduct of any person connected with the business of manufacturing optical discs.
(2) The Controller may, before issuing a code of conduct under subsection (1), consult with such body representing the persons to whom the code of conduct will apply and other interested persons as he thinks fit.
(3) The code of conduct issued by the Controller under subsection
(1) shall be published in the Gazette.

Pengawal boleh mengeluarkan tatakelakuan
(1) Pengawal boleh mengeluarkan suatu tatakelakuan yang memperkatakan kelakuan mana-mana orang yang mempunyai kaitan dengan perniagaan pengilangan cakera optik.
(2) Pengawal boleh, sebelum mengeluarkan tatakelakuan di bawah subseksyen (1), berunding dengan badan yang mewakili orangorang yang baginya tatakelakuan itu akan terpakai dan orangorang berkepentingan yang lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
(3) Tatakelakuan yang dikeluarkan oleh Pengawal di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta.
