(1) The Controller may revoke, amend or revise, whether in whole or in part, a code of conduct if he is satisfied that the code of conduct, whether in whole or in part, is no longer consistent with the provisions of this Act.
(2) The Controller may, before revoking, amending or revising a code of conduct, consult with such body representing the persons to whom the code of conduct applies and other interested persons as he thinks fit.
(3) The provisions of the code of conduct revoked, amended or revised by the Controller under subsection (1) shall be published in the Gazette.

Pembatalan, dsb., tatakelakuan
(1) Pengawal boleh membatalkan, meminda atau mengkaji semula, sama ada keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya sesuatu tatakelakuan jika dia berpuas hati bahawa tatakelakuan itu, sama ada keseluruhannya atau sebahagiannya, tidak lagi selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini.
(2) Pengawal boleh, sebelum membatalkan, meminda atau mengkaji semula sesuatu tatakelakuan, berunding dengan badan yang mewakili orang-orang yang baginya tatakelakuan itu terpakai dan orang-orang berkepentingan yang lain sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut.
(3) Peruntukan tatakelakuan yang dibatalkan, dipinda atau dikaji semula oleh Pengawal di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah disiarkan dalam Warta.
