Optical Discs Act 2000 s 24
(1) Notwithstanding Part VI, a person who fails to comply with any provisions of a code of conduct shall be liable to pay to the Controller a fine not exceeding two hundred ringgit. (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of any other written law, the fine payable under this section may, without prejudice to any other remedy or sanction, be recoverable as a civil debt.
Penalti sivil bagi ketidakpatuhan
(1) Walau apa pun Bahagian VI, seseorang yang tidak mematuhi mana-mana peruntukan sesuatu tatakelakuan bertanggungan membayar kepada Pengawal suatu denda yang tidak melebihi dua ratus ringgit. (2) Walau apa pun peruntukan mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain, denda yang kena dibayar di bawah seksyen ini boleh didapatkan, tanpa menjejaskan apa-apa remedi atau sanksi lain, sebagai suatu hutang sivil.
