s 28 Disappearance or destruction of article, etc., to be seized

Any person who causes the disappearance or destruction of any article, optical disc, thing, book or document liable to be seized under this Act with the intent to prevent the seizure thereof commits an offence.

Kehilangan atau pemusnahan barang, dsb., yang hendak disita

Mana-mana orang yang menyebabkan kehilangan atau pemusnahan apa-apa barang, cakera optik, benda, buku atau dokumen yang hendak disita di bawah Akta ini dengan niat untuk menghalang penyitaan itu melakukan suatu kesalahan.
