s 10 The Chief Executive Officer
(1)βThe Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, appoint a Chief Executive Officer on such terms and conditions as it may think desirable.
(2)βThe Chief Executive Officer shall be responsible forβ
(a) the preparation of programs, schemes and projects for the consideration of the Perbadanan;
(b) the execution of all programs, schemes and projects of the Perbadanan; and
(c) the carrying out of the decisions of the Perbadanan and the directions of the Chairman.
(3)βThe Chief Executive Officer shall have general control of the other officers and servants of the Perbadanan.
(4)βThe Chief Executive Officer shall perform such further duties as the Perbadanan may, from time to time, direct.
(5)βIn discharging his duties, the Chief Executive Officer shall act under the general authority and direction of the Perbadanan.
(6)βIf the Chief Executive Officer is temporarily absent from Malaysia or is temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other reason from the performance of his duties, the Perbadanan may direct any other officer to perform his duties during such temporary absence or incapacity.

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif
(1) Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, melantik seorang Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya wajar.
(2)βKetua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah bertanggungjawab bagiβ
(a) penyediaan program, skim dan projek untuk pertimbangan Perbadanan;
(b) pelaksanaan segala program, skim dan projek Perbadanan; dan
(c) pelaksanaan keputusan Perbadanan dan arahan Pengerusi.
(3)βKetua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah mempunyai kuasa pengawalan am ke atas pegawai dan pekhidmat lain Perbadanan.
(4)βKetua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah melaksanakan apa-apa kewajipan tambahan yang diarahkan oleh Perbadanan dari semasa ke semasa.
(5) Dalam menunaikan kewajipannya, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif hendaklah bertindak di bawah kuasa am dan mengikut arahan am Perbadanan.
(6)βJika Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif tidak ada di Malaysia buat sementara atau tidak berupaya buat sementara oleh sebab sakit atau kerana apa-apa sebab lain untuk melaksanakan kewajipannya, Perbadanan boleh mengarahkan mana-mana pegawai lain untuk melaksanakan kewajipan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif dalam masa Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif tidak ada atau tidak berupaya buat sementara itu.
