s 11 A p p o i n t m ent of other officers and servants of the Perbadanan
(1) Subject to any regulations made under subsection (3), the Perbadanan may appoint on such terms and conditions as it may think desirable such other officers and servants as may be necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Act.
(2) No person shall be eligible for employment as an officer or servant of the Perbadanan if he has, directly or indirectly, by himself or his partner, any share or interest in any contract or proposed contract with, for or on behalf of the Perbadanan.
(3) The Perbadanan may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations with respect to the conditions of service of its officers and servants.

Pelantikan pegawai dan pekhidmat lain Perbadanan
(1) Tertakluk kepada apa-apa peraturan yang dibuat di bawah subseksyen (3), Perbadanan boleh melantik, atas apa-apa terma dan syarat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya wajar, pegawai dan pekhidmat lain yang perlu bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini.
(2) Tiada seorang pun layak diambil khidmat sebagai pegawai atau pekhidmat Perbadanan jika dia, secara langsung atau secara tidak langsung, mempunyai sendiri atau melalui pekongsinya, apaapa syer atau kepentingan mengenai apa-apa kontrak atau kontrak yang dicadangkan dengan, untuk atau bagi pihak Perbadanan.
(3) Perbadanan boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri membuat peraturan berkenaan dengan syarat perkhidmatan pegawai dan pekhidmat Perbadanan.
