The Perbadanan shall have disciplinary authority over all its officers and servants and shall exercise disciplinary control in respect of all such persons.

Tatatertib
Perbadanan hendaklah mempunyai kuasa tatatertib ke atas semua pegawai dan pekhidmatnya dan hendaklah menjalankan kawalan tatatertib berkenaan dengan semua orang sedemikian.
