s 78 Service of notices
A letter containing a notice or other document to be served by an enforcement agency under this Act shall be deemed to be addressed to the proper place if it is addressed to the last known address of the addressee.

Sesuatu surat yang mengandungi sesuatu notis atau dokumen lain yang hendak disampaikan oleh sesuatu agensi penguat kuasa di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan telah dialamatkan ke tempat yang sepatutnya jika dialamatkan ke alamat yang akhir diketahui bagi penerima surat itu.
