Companies Commission of Malaysia Act 2001 s 13

The Commission may invite any person to attend any meeting or deliberation of the Commission for the purpose of advising it on any matter under discussion, but any person so attending shall have no right to vote at the meeting or deliberation.
Suruhanjaya boleh mengundang orang lain untuk menghadiri mesyuarat
Suruhanjaya boleh mengundang mana-mana orang untuk menghadiri mana-mana mesyuarat atau pertimbangtelitian Suruhanjaya bagi maksud menasihatinya tentang apa-apa perkara yang sedang dibincangkan, tetapi mana-mana orang yang hadir sedemikian tidak berhak untuk mengundi dalam mesyuarat atau pertimbangtelitian itu.
