s 14 Power of Minister to give directions and require information
(1) The Minister may, from time to time, give to the Commission directions of a general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the Commission’s functions, and the Commission shall give effect to such directions.
(2) The Commission shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and information with respect to the performance of any of its functions under this Act or the laws specified in the First Schedule as the Minister may, from time to time, require.

Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan dan menghendaki maklumat
(1) Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, memberi Suruhanjaya arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini berhubung dengan fungsi Suruhanjaya dan Suruhanjaya hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
(2) Suruhanjaya hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa penyata, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan mana-mana fungsinya di bawah Akta ini atau undang-undang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
