s 22 Appointment of other employees, agents and consultants
(1) The Commission may, from time to time, appoint and employ on such terms and conditions as the Commission may think fit such other employees as may be necessary for the proper administration of this Act and the laws specified in the First Schedule.
(2) The Commission may appoint and employ agents and consultants to transact any business or to do any act required to be
transacted or done in the execution of its functions or for the better carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.

Pelantikan pekerja lain, ejen dan perunding
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, melantik dan mengambil kerja atas apa-apa terma dan syarat yang didapati patut oleh Suruhanjaya mana-mana pekerja lain yang perlu bagi pentadbiran sepatutnya Akta ini dan undang-undang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama.
(2) Suruhanjaya boleh melantik dan mengambil kerja ejen dan perunding untuk menguruskan apa-apa urusan atau untuk melakukan apa-apa perbuatan yang dikehendaki untuk diuruskan atau dilakukan pada melaksanakan fungsinya atau bagi melaksanakan maksud Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
