(1) The Commission may, from time to time, make regulations with respect to the employment of employees of the Commission. (2) The regulations made under this section may include provisions for— (a) the manner of appointment, and the terms and conditions of service of the employees of the Commission; and (b) the payment of gratuities, pensions and other benefits to the employees of the Commission.
Peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan penggajian
(1) Suruhanjaya boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, membuat peraturan-peraturan berkenaan dengan penggajian pekerja Suruhanjaya. (2) Peraturan-peraturan yang dibuat di bawah seksyen ini boleh termasuk peruntukan bagi— (a) cara pelantikan, dan terma dan syarat perkhidmatan pekerja Suruhanjaya; dan (b) pembayaran ganjaran, pencen dan faedah lain kepada pekerja Suruhanjaya.
