s 26 Public servants

All members of the Commission or any of its committees or any officer, servant or agent of the Commission while discharging their duties as such member, officer, servant or agent shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code [Act 574].

Pekhidmat awam

Semua anggota Suruhanjaya atau mana-mana jawatankuasanya atau mana-mana pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen Suruhanjaya semasa menunaikan kewajipannya sebagai anggota, pegawai, pekhidmat atau ejen itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam mengikut pengertian Kanun Keseksaan [Akta 574].
