No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie personally against the Commission, the Registrar, any member or employee of the Commission, a public officer or any other person for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in the execution or purported execution of this Act or any of the laws specified in the First Schedule.
Perlindungan daripada liabiliti diri
Tiada guaman atau prosiding undang-undang lain boleh dibawa terhadap diri Suruhanjaya, Pendaftar, mana-mana anggota atau pekerja Suruhanjaya, pegawai awam atau mana-mana orang lain bagi apa-apa yang dilakukan atau dimaksudkan untuk dilakukan dengan suci hati dalam pelaksanaan atau yang berupa sebagai pelaksanaan Akta ini atau mana-mana undang-undang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Pertama.
