s 28 The Fund
(1) A Fund for the purposes of this Act, to be administered and controlled by the Commission, is established.
(2) The Fund shall consist of—
(a) all moneys received by the Commission for services rendered by the Commission to the Government or for services rendered by the Commission to any person;
(b) all moneys received by the Commission by way of grants;
(c) all moneys derived from the disposal, lease or hire of, or any other dealing with, any property vested in or acquired by the Commission;
(d) all moneys derived as income from investments by the Commission;
(e) all moneys borrowed by the Commission under this Act; and
(f) all other moneys lawfully received by the Commission.

Kumpulan Wang
(1) Suatu Kumpulan Wang bagi maksud Akta ini, yang akan ditadbirkan dan dikawal oleh Suruhanjaya, ditubuhkan.
(2) Kumpulan Wang hendaklah terdiri daripada—
(a) segala wang yang diterima oleh Suruhanjaya bagi perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya kepada Kerajaan atau bagi perkhidmatan yang diberikan oleh Suruhanjaya kepada mana-mana orang;
(b) segala wang yang diterima oleh Suruhanjaya melalui pemberian;
(c) segala wang yang diperoleh daripada pelupusan, pemajakan atau penyewaan, atau apa-apa urusan lain tentang, apa-apa harta yang terletak hak pada atau yang diperoleh oleh Suruhanjaya;
(d) segala wang yang diperoleh sebagai pendapatan daripada pelaburan oleh Suruhanjaya;
(e) segala wang yang dipinjam oleh Suruhanjaya di bawah Akta ini; dan
(f) segala wang lain yang diterima dengan sah oleh Suruhanjaya.
