s 29 Expenditure to be charged on the Fund
The Fund shall be expended for the purpose of—
(a) paying any expenditure lawfully incurred by the Commission, including legal fees and costs and other fees and costs, and the remuneration of employees of the Commission, including the granting of loans, superannuation allowances, pensions or gratuities;
(b) paying any other expenses, costs or expenditure properly incurred or accepted by the Commission in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act;
(c) purchasing or hiring equipment, machinery and materials, acquiring land and erecting buildings, and carrying out any other works and undertakings in the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act;
(d) repaying any moneys borrowed under this Act and the interest due on it; and
(e) generally, paying any expenses for carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.

Perbelanjaan yang hendaklah dipertanggungkan pada Kumpulan Wang
Kumpulan Wang hendaklah dibelanjakan bagi maksud—
(a) membayar apa-apa perbelanjaan yang dilakukan dengan sah oleh Suruhanjaya, termasuk fi dan kos guaman dan fi dan kos yang lain, dan saraan pekerja Suruhanjaya, termasuk pemberian pinjaman, elaun persaraan, pencen atau ganjaran;
(b) membayar apa-apa belanja, kos atau perbelanjaan lain yang dilakukan atau disetujui terima dengan sepatutnya oleh Suruhanjaya dalam melaksanakan fungsinya atau menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini;
(c) membeli atau menyewa kelengkapan, jentera dan bahan, memperoleh tanah dan mendirikan bangunan, dan menjalankan apa-apa kerja dan pengusahaan lain dalam melaksanakan fungsinya atau menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini;
(d) membayar balik apa-apa wang yang dipinjam di bawah Akta ini dan bunga yang kena dibayar atasnya; dan
(e) secara amnya, membayar apa-apa belanja bagi melaksanakan peruntukan Akta ini.
