It shall be the duty of the Commission to conserve the Fund by so performing its functions and exercising its powers under this Act as to secure that the total revenues of the Commission are sufficient to meet all sums properly chargeable to its revenue account, including depreciation and interest on capital, taking one year with another.
Pemeliharaan Kumpulan Wang
Maka adalah menjadi kewajipan Suruhanjaya untuk memelihara Kumpulan Wang dengan melaksanakan fungsi dan menjalankan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini dengan sedemikian cara supaya dapat dipastikan bahawa jumlah hasil Suruhanjaya adalah mencukupi untuk membayar semua jumlah wang yang boleh dipertanggungkan dengan sepatutnya pada akaun hasilnya, termasuklah susut nilai dan bunga atas modal, dari setahun ke setahun.
