Mental Health Act 2001 s 50
The Director General may issue directives, orders, or guidelines relating to the quality and standards of psychiatric hospitals, psychiatric nursing homes or community mental health centres as he deems necessary.

Ketua Pengarah boleh mengeluarkan arahan, perintah atau garis panduan berhubung dengan kualiti dan piawaian hospital psikiatri, rumah jagaan kejururawatan psikiatri atau pusat kesihatan mental masyarakat sebagaimana yang difikirkannya perlu.
