s 51 Interpretation
In this Part— “Court” means the High Court; “mentally disordered person” means any person found by due course of law to be mentally disordered and incapable of managing himself and his affairs.

Dalam Bahagian ini— “Mahkamah” ertinya Mahkamah Tinggi; “orang bercelaru mental” ertinya mana-mana orang yang didapati melalui perjalanan wajar undang-undang sebagai kecelaruan mental dan tidak berupaya untuk menguruskan diri dan hal ehwalnya.
