s 70 Transfer of property of mentally disordered person residing outside Malaysia
Where any property situated in Malaysia is standing in the name of or vested in any person residing outside Malaysia, the Court, if satisfied—
(a) that the person has been declared to be a mentally disordered person; and
(b) that his personal estate has been vested in a committee, curator or manager according to the laws of the place where he is residing,
may order some fit and proper person to make such transfer of the property or of any part of the property to the committee, curator or manager or otherwise, and also to receive and pay over any proceeds or profits of the property as the Court deems fit; and any act done in pursuance of the order shall be valid and effectual for all purposes.

Pemindahan harta orang bercelaru mental yang bermastautin di luar Malaysia
Apabila mana-mana harta yang terletak di dalam Malaysia berada atas nama atau terletak hak pada mana-mana orang yang bermastautin di luar Malaysia, Mahkamah, sekiranya berpuas hati—
(a) bahawa orang itu telah diisytiharkan sebagai orang bercelaru mental; dan
(b) bahawa estet peribadinya telah diletakhakkan pada suatu jawatankuasa, kurator atau pengurus mengikut undang-undang tempat dia sedang bermastautin,
boleh memerintahkan orang yang layak dan patut untuk membuat pemindahan harta itu atau mana-mana bahagian harta itu kepada jawatankuasa, kurator atau pengurus itu atau selainnya, dan juga untuk menerima dan membayar apa-apa hasil atau keuntungan daripada harta itu sebagaimana yang dianggap patut oleh Mahkamah; dan apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan menurut perintah itu hendaklah sah dan berkesan untuk segala maksud.
