Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 s 14
s 14 Power of Minister to give directions and require information
(1) The Minister may, from time to time, give to the Corporation such directions of a general character consistent with the provisions of this Act relating to the performance of the Corporation’s functions and the Corporation shall give effect to such directions.
(2) The Corporation shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and information with respect to the performance of any of its functions under this Act or the Intellectual Property Legislation as the Minister may, from time to time, require or direct.

Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan dan menghendaki maklumat
(1) Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, memberi Perbadanan arahan yang bersifat am yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini berhubung dengan pelaksanaan fungsi Perbadanan dan Perbadanan hendaklah melaksanakan arahan itu.
(2) Perbadanan hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa penyata, akaun dan maklumat berkenaan dengan pelaksanaan mana-mana fungsinya di bawah Akta ini atau Perundangan Harta Intelek sebagaimana yang dikehendaki atau diarahkan oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
