Intellectual Property Corporation of Malaysia Act 2002 s 8
(1) A member of the Corporation, may, at any time, resign his office by giving notice in writing to the Minister. (2) The appointment of any member of the Corporation appointed by the Minister, except the Secretary-General of the Ministry for the time being charged with the responsibility for intellectual property, may, at any time, be revoked by the Minister without assigning any reason for the revocation.
Peletakan dan pembatalan jawatan
(1) Seseorang anggota Perbadanan boleh, pada bila-bila masa, meletakkan jawatannya dengan memberikan notis bertulis kepada Menteri. (2) Pelantikan mana-mana anggota Perbadanan yang dilantik oleh Menteri, kecuali Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian yang pada masa ini bertanggungjawab bagi harta intelek, boleh, pada bilabila masa, dibatalkan oleh Menteri tanpa memberikan apa-apa sebab bagi pembatalan itu.
