s 13 Request for enforcement of forfeiture order
(1) The Attorney General may, if he is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that some or all of the property concerned is located in a foreign State, request the appropriate authority of that foreign State to make arrangementsβ
(a) for the enforcement and satisfaction of a forfeiture order; or
(b) where a forfeiture order may be made in criminal proceedings which have been or are to be instituted in Malaysia, to restrain dealing in any property against which the order may be enforced or which may be available to satisfy the order.
(2) A certificate purporting to be issued by or on behalf of the appropriate authority of a foreign State statingβ
(a) that property has been recovered in the foreign State pursuant to a request under subsection (1);
(b) the value of the property; or
(c) the date on which the property was recovered,
shall, in any judicial proceedings, be admissible as evidence of the matter so stated.

(1) Peguam Negara boleh, jika dia berpuas hati bahawa terdapat alasan yang munasabah untuk mempercayai bahawa sebahagian daripada atau segala harta berkenaan berada di sesuatu Negara asing, meminta pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan Negara asing itu membuat perkiraan-
(a) bagi penguatkuasaan dan penunaian sesuatu perintah pelucuthakan; atau
(b) jika suatu perintah pelucuthakan boleh dibuat dalam prosiding jenayah yang telah atau akan dimulakan di Malaysia, untuk menyekat urusan mengenai apa-apa harta yang terhadapnya perintah itu boleh dikuatkuasakan atau yang ada untuk menunaikan perintah itu.
(2) Sesuatu perakuan yang dikatakan telah dikeluarkan oleh atau bagi pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan sesuatu Negara asing yang menyatakan-
(a) bahawa harta telah didapatkan di Negara asing itu menurut suatu permintaan di bawah subseksyen (1);
(b) nilai harta itu; atau
(c) tarikh harta itu didapatkan, hendaklah, dalam mana-mana prosiding kehakiman, boleh diterima sebagai keterangan mengenai perkara yang dinyatakan itu.
