s 25 Immunities in compliance of production order
(1) No civil or criminal action, other than a criminal action for an offence under section 26, shall lie against any person for—
(a) producing or giving access to any thing if he had produced or given access to the thing in good faith in compliance with an order made against him under section 23; or
(b) doing or omitting to do any act if he had done or omitted to do the act in good faith and as a result of complying with such an order.
(2) A person who complies with an order made under section 23 shall not be treated as being in breach of any restriction upon the disclosure of information or thing imposed by law, contract or rules of professional conduct.

(1) Tiada tindakan sivil atau jenayah, selain tindakan jenayah bagı suatu kesalahan di bawah seksyen 26, boleh dibawa terhadap mana-mana orang kerana—
(a) mengemukakan atau memberikan akses kepada apa-apa benda jika orang itu telah mengemukakan atau memberikan akses kepada benda itu dengan suci hati kerana mematuhi suatu perintah yang dibuat terhadapnya di bawah seksyen 23; atau
(b) melakukan atau tidak melakukan apa-apa perbuatan jika orang ıtu telah melakukan atau tıdak melakukan perbuatan itu dengan suci hati dan sebagai akibat mematuhi perintah sedemikian.
(2) Seseorang yang mematuhi perintah yang dibuat di bawah seksyen 23 tidak boleh dianggap telah melanggar apa-apa sekatan atas penzahiran maklumat atau benda itu yang dikenakan oleh undang-undang, kontrak atau kaedah kelakuan profesional.
