s 43 Delegation

(1) The Attorney General may delegate to a fit and proper person as he deems fit any of his powers under this Act. (2) A delegation under this section shall not preclude the Attorney General himself from exercising at any time any of the powers so delegated.

(1) Peguam Negara boleh mewakilkan mana-mana kuasanya di bawah Akta ini kepada seseorang yang layak dan sesuai sebagaimana yang difikirkannya patut. (2) Sesuatu pewakilan di bawah seksyen ini tidak menghalang Peguam Negara sendiri menjalankan mana-mana kuasa yang diwakilkan sedemikian pada bila-bila masa.
