s 40 Establishment of ministerial archives and memorial archives

(1) The Director General may, after consultation with the Minister, establish ministerial archives and memorial archives. (2) The ministerial archives and memorial archives established under subsection (1) shall be maintained and operated by the National Archives as prescribed.
