National Archives Act 2003 s 41

s 41 Materials to be deposited in ministerial archives and memorial archives

For the purpose of this section, there shall be deposited— (a) in ministerial archives, all relevant ministerial records and any other materials or objects as may be provided by this Act or any other written law; or (b) in memorial archives, all relevant memorial archives and any other materials or objects as may be provided by this Act or any other written law.
