s 6 Appointment of officers

(1) The Minister may, from time to time, appoint such officers as are necessary to assist the Director General in the performance of his functions and the exercise of his powers under this Act. (2) All officers appointed under subsection (1) shall be subject to the supervision, direction and control of the Director General. (3) An officer may perform the functions and exercise all the powers conferred upon the Director General under this Act.
