Langkawi International Yacht Registry Act 2003 s 7

s 7 Rectification of Registers

The Director General shall be entitled to rectify the Yachts Register or the Yachting Entities Register if— (a) a clerical error has occurred; or (b) sufficient evidence is produced to satisfy him that the entry is incorrect, and on making the rectification he shall, where necessary, issue a new certificate of registry in respect of the yacht, or a new certificate of registration in respect of the yachting entity.
