Langkawi International Yacht Registry Act 2003 s 8

s 8 Registration

(1) A yacht is entitled to be registered under this Act if it is owned by— (a) a Malaysian citizen or a non-Malaysian individual; or (b) a yachting entity registered under this Act. (2) A yacht registered under this Act shall not be registered in any other jurisdiction, except pursuant to the permission granted under section 29.
