Langkawi International Yacht Registry Act 2003 s 9

s 9 Application for registration

(1) An application for the registration of a yacht shall be made to the Director General in the prescribed form and shall comply with the prescribed conditions. (2) Every application for registration shall be accompanied with the prescribed fee and such documents as may be required by the Director General. (3) The Director General may register the yacht and shall enter in the Yachts Register the prescribed particulars.
