s 23 Power of Minister to give directions

(1) The Board shall be responsible to the Minister. (2) The Minister may give directions consistent with the provisions of this Act to the Board from time to time. (3) The Board shall give effect to all directions given under this section as soon as possible.

Kuasa Menteri untuk memberikan arahan

(1) Lembaga hendaklah bertanggungjawab kepada Menteri. (2) Menteri boleh memberikan arahan yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini kepada Lembaga dari semasa ke semasa. (3) Lembaga hendaklah melaksanakan kesemua arahan yang diberikan di bawah seksyen ini dengan seberapa segera yang boleh.
